Mark P. Seraly, MD, is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with over 30 years of clinical experience. Dr. Seraly is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, and completed his residency and chief-residency in dermatology at the  University of Pittsburgh. He is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including membership in many academic honor societies.

Dr. Seraly has authored 45 medical publications and has been invited as a guest lecturer over 400 times in 23 U.S. states and 11 cities in 7 foreign countries.  He is an active member of many professional medical societies, a former adjunct teaching faculty for the University of Pittsburgh Department of Dermatology residency program, and runs a private practice in McMurray, PA.

Dr. Seraly’s particular interests in dermatology include acne, rosacea, skin cancer, cosmetic dermatology, infectious skin diseases, autoimmune disorders, and tele-dermatology. Noelle Seraly, M.D. is a native of Kittanning, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society. A student-athlete, Dr. Seraly was also a sprinter and captain of Allegheny’s varsity track and field team.

She earned her medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine, where she distinguished herself academically by receiving honors in all six core clinical clerkships. She also scored in the top national percentiles on her United States Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLE) and was inducted into both the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies in recognition of her academic excellence and compassionate care.

Dr. Seraly completed her dermatology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH, one of the nation's top-ranked dermatology programs. During her training, she authored multiple medical publications and presented her research at both state and national conferences. She served as the resident community service liaison, organizing free community skin cancer screenings at Cleveland’s Miles for Melanoma 5K event, and was elected resident trustee on the board of the Ohio Dermatological Association.

Dr. Seraly is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, and the American Medical Association. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, young son, and their Siberian husky.

Rebecca is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology with over 10 years of experience. Prior to starting with Dr. Seraly, Rebecca received extensive training and experience practicing dermatology in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. She also has practiced as an Emergency Medicine physician assistant in Weirton, West Virginia.

Ms. Sally is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Rebecca then went on to earn her Master's of Physician Assistant Science Degree at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, where she met her husband, Andrew.

Rebecca is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants, the Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistant Society, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her son Dante, reading, and home projects.

 Jil is a board-certified physician assistant with 22+ years of clinical experience specializing in dermatology. Prior to joining Dr. Seraly, Jil worked in both the private practice and the university settings. She has a particular interest in general dermatology, pigmented lesions, cutaneous oncology and psoriasis.

Ms. Swanson began her studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her Bachelor of Science and worked toward her Master of Science in Biology at California University of Pennsylvania. She received a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at Chatham College in 2001.

Jil has authored several publications, lectured in dermatology, and has received several awards as preceptor of the year for physician assistant students.

 Jil is the Founder and Past President of the Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistant (PDPA) Society.
Jil is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants, the Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistant Society, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Jil also provides expert medical opinion in legal cases involving dermatology. Outside of dermatology, she enjoys reading, the outdoors, and traveling.

Maria is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in general dermatology since 2005. Prior to starting with Dr. Seraly, Maria received comprehensive training and practiced dermatology in Pittsburgh, PA, where she has provided both in-office visits and telemedicine.  Prior to dermatology, Maria practiced as a Vascular Surgery physician assistant specializing in sclerotherapy and venous diseases.

Ms. Lu Ventura is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. She then received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Chatham College in 2001. In addition, she is a graduate of Massage Therapy from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2004.

Maria is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Maria’s passion has always been to provide a safe and compassionate environment for her patients while providing excellent patient care. She has been a recipient of the 2020 Excellence in Patient Experience Award from her previous practice.  

When not at work, Maria values devoting her time to her family and participating in volunteer work.

Lucas brings extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic skin conditions, performing in-office procedures, and delivering efficient, patient-centered care in fast-paced environments. Known for his clinical judgment, attention to detail, and holistic approach to patient care, he is committed to providing safe, personalized, and results-driven treatments.  Lucas is a member of PSPA, AAPA, and SDPA.
