As we prepare to get back to the “new” normal, we at Seraly Dermatology have made some changes to ensure your health and safety, to the best of our ability, and the health and safety of our employees.
We are asking that only those with appointments come into the office and that all patients wear a face mask and do not have any active COVID symptoms or have been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID within the past 14 days. We are asking that only patients with appointments come into our office. If you have a family member(s), a driver or anyone else with you, we kindly ask that they remain in the car, unless you require assistance or are a minor.
All of our providers and staff will be wearing masks and we have installed plastic shields at all of our check-in and check-out windows. We have increased our cleaning protocol especially for common areas and high touch objects.
If you need to purchase a product or get a refill of your Seraly Dermatology medication, please give us a call ahead of time so that we can get it ready for you. Just provide your name, date of birth and prepayment method. We will have your medication ready for pick up the same day.
Seraly Dermatology is here to care for all of your skin care needs.That is why we are continuing to offer our same day/next day appointments but have also expanded Saturday hours, and are now offering evening and telehealth appointments.Remember, we are all in this together.
