Dr. Seraly holds medical consultations Monday through Wednesday and performs surgery on Thursdays. His office is open on Fridays for all dermatological services by Dr. Seraly's Physician Assistants Rebecca Sally PA-C. and Samantha DeBone PA-C.  Dr. Seraly is not in the office on Fridays to provide direct patient care, but is available online to provide care through the DermatologistOnCall.com website. Urgency/emergency appointments are available before and after his regularly posted office hours on an * as needed basis. Dr. Seraly provides 24/7 access to his dermatological services online through the DermatologistOnCall - www.dermatologistoncall.com . For the cost of an average co-pay ($75 e-Visit fee: not currently a covered service by most Insurance carriers ), your skin care needs can be addressed anytime and anywhere in a secure manner. Dr. Seraly will complete all online consultations within 24-48 hours.

Due to an increase number of no-shows, Effective January 1, 2021, patients that confirm their appointment either by email, phone or text and subsequently no show for their appointment will be charged a $50 no show fee.
